Scope of application: it is suitable for pin insulator with a thickness of 0.7mm plus or minus 0.01mm in a certain environment
Test method:
1:The device in high temperature test box, and control experiment box at 200 + 2 ℃ temperature for a period of time, keep the device and test chamber temperature balance;
2: Fix the sample on the experimental device;
3:After 2h, quickly take out the sample and put it into cold water within 10s to cool it to room temperature;
4:Use micrometer or optical measuring instrument to measure the indentation value on the sample and compare it with the data before the test.
Judgment reference: the thickness of indentation on end insulation sheath should not be less than 50% of that before test.
